Coverswala believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy, cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendors or logistics partners, or if the shipping process has been initiated.
Coverswala does not accept cancellation requests for customized or made-to-order products, including personalized mobile covers or skins, once the order has been confirmed. Refund or replacement may be considered only if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, customers are requested to report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The request will be entertained only after the product has been inspected and verified by our internal team or the concerned merchant.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 2 days of delivery. After reviewing the complaint, Coverswala will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues related to warranty coverage should be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer or service provider.
In case of any refunds approved by Coverswala, the refund amount will be processed within 1–2 working days, and the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the payment method and bank policies.
