Order processing usually takes 1–3 working days, after which the product is dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, courier partner, and other external factors. While we make every effort to deliver products within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, logistical issues, or regional restrictions.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. Coverswala reserves the right to modify shipping charges, delivery timelines, or courier partners without prior notice.
Once the order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email, message, or other available communication channels. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing the order. Coverswala shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
In case a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges. Coverswala shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such situations.
In the event of receiving a damaged package, customers are advised to inform our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery along with relevant proof such as images or videos. Claims raised beyond this period may not be entertained.
Coverswala delivers products across India. Currently, international shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned on the website.
